Hostel One is the leading company in the hostel market. If you are under 18 years old you will need to be accompanied by an adult. If you are outside of this age range upon arrival to the hostel, we have the right to cancel your booking without refund of your deposit, as well as charging the applicable cancellation fee. If you have made a "non-refundable" reservation on, hostelworld or, you won't be entitled to a refund if you cancel.Īll our hostels have an age limit of 16-45 years old.

If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of your booking.Ĭancellations are only accepted by e-mail and must be received by us at least 2 full days before the arrival.
Non Refundable Rate: If your booking is non refundable the full amount will be charged in advance. If you do not show up for your reservation we may charge the first night of the accommodation to your credit card. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. This deposit is fully refundable, given that you cancel 2 days before your scheduled check-in. Standard Rate: After the booking is made, we will charge the 1st night as a deposit. You must send us a receipt of the bank transfer to confirm the booking. Cancellation or any modification must be done 4 weeks before arrival date. The balance will be paid 2 weeks before arrival. 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. Group Bookings are always to be paid in advance by bank transfer. If you want to make a reservation for more than 8 people, please contact us by email, We have special group prices! If you don't have cash when you arrive, you have the option of paying later during your stay. Please note that paying with credit card incurs an additional 4% surcharge. We accept payment in cash or by credit card. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received. Payment can be through credit card or we can give you our bank details for direct debit. To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance. Porto 2€/person/night.Ī different policy applies to confirm bookings over 300€. Please note that city tax in Barcelona is 3.03€/person/night.
